SCCA Donates over 25,000 Masks to SoCal Community
今天，南加华人互助会向加州大学医学院捐赠了6000个口罩，这些物资将会帮助那些坚持在一线抗击新冠的医护人员。另外通过尔湾市议员的牵线，我们将4200个口罩捐赠给了食品行业工会，他们将会把口罩发放给那些在疫情下还坚持在工作岗位的超市/食品行业员工。我们还有1万个口罩已经联系好了尔湾的Hoag医院，将在周一交接捐赠物资！
诚挚感谢给予我们捐赠物资的各界人士，在物流受阻，原料及货源都紧缺的情况下，这些物资真的是来之不易。我们的组织还很年轻，但是我们有满腔的热情去为我们的社区服务，我们也会尽力做到更好。大家今后多多关注和支持我们。有兴趣为社区做贡献的朋友们，请查看该网站的 Get Involved 版块。我们现在正在招募会员/志愿者，以及接受捐赠。
Today, SCCA donated 6,000 masks to UCLA Health, and 4,200 to the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union. We also have another 10,000 masks scheduled to be dropped off at Hoag Hospital on Monday!
Since the COVID-19 outbreak, we have donated over 25,000 masks to local hospitals, food banks, workers unions, and other front line worker. We appreciate all the generous donations and we are so proud of our SCCA members for helping to make it happen.
